8woodview wonderful website and graphic design logo

Why? Webdesign is such a wide and varied world. Sometimes you can't see the wood for all the trees, (designers and programmers) getting in the way. Lets keep it simple and get back to nature. Who? I've worked far and wide, near and then far again and now i'm bringing these experiences back to my corner of the wonderful world of webdesign, at 8woodview. What? Got a website that needs some work or want to start again? We can start at the beginning with the design of your logo or right at the end with updates for your website's latest news. No tree too small or site too big. Where? With my view of the birds at Wisteria Cottage, 8 Wood View Lane Ends, Cullingworth, Bradford, West Yorkshire. Please e-mail jenny@8woodview.co.uk

YorkshireEnvelopes.com - Increase Ecommerce Sales & Boost Search Engine Rankings

Step 1 make the site user friendly to encourage sales. I started by updating 400 product names so they were easier to read and to compare, fixed the product search, reformatted the layout of the home page and restructured delivery costs. I also contacted customers for testimonials and asked for feedback on products/ anything they would like us to add to the product line

Step 2 increase traffic A big traffic driver to the site is their www.yorkshireenvelopes.co.uk website. I added a complete products listing section, a blog, testimonials and have started optimising the text and code for better for search engine indexing.

After 2 months, traffic has increased by 25%, the ecommerce conversion rate has almost doubled (from the start of 2012) and the number of transactions and their average value has also increased.
