My yoga classes are suitable for most abilities, combining strength, mobility, flexibility and relaxation to help you move well and feel well. This class combine elements of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga, with a gentle start and a strong finish, with options and adaptations along the way. Make some time for yourself.

JENNY YOGA
I started practicing yoga in my early twenties and quickly developed a love for Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa flow. In 2015 I qualified as a fitness instructor and I started teaching HIIT, strength training, as well as stretch, flexibility and yoga.
Over the years, my approach to movement has evolved. I still enjoy lifting weights and have also discovered the value of slowing down. Inspired by fellow teacher and best friend Claire from Balanced Life.
